Wedding Information

Timm Cleasby Photography are based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.  We work all over the country but mainly cover Yorkshire.  We are a husband and wife team and we are passionate about what we do.  If you have any questions or need more information, then don’t hesitate to get in touch and have a chat with one of us.

I don’t put a time limit on your wedding photography, things happen on wedding days that you just can’t plan for and a lot of what happens on a wedding day happens outside the 3 hours in the middle. I’ll be there when you want me to be. The details of you getting ready, your dress, the shoes, the moments that pass all too soon. I’ll not be in a rush to leave, if things overrun I’ll be there… until the fun of the evening is well under way.

I don’t follow the traditional school of photography, I love the shots that are unexpected and often unnoticed, the beautiful moments, the fun, the tears of joy, the speeches, the love and the dancing. That’s what makes a wedding for me.

Obviously we’ll need to have some posed shots, for you two it’s often a short walk around the grounds / venue to a few previously chosen locations to create some beautiful portraits for you both. For everyone we have the group shots. I often like to get a little creative with these but not so much that it intrudes on the day for you or your guests, I like to work efficiently so you can all get back to enjoying your day.

A word often used by photographers but regularly not followed. I try my best to be unobtrusive and many of the comments I get from couples is that they barely remember seeing me and yet they have so many photographs.

I love to laugh and I always try and keep things light hearted and fun, your wedding day should be fun, happy and enjoyed by everyone there.
