I LOVE reading wedding blogs, I love going through the photographs and being inspired by other people’s wedding days, so I decided to write a series of blog posts based on several areas of the wedding day, the cake, the dress, the bridesmaids, the grooms, the flowers, the shoes and the styling of the day.
All the photographs in this series come from weddings we have shot over the last two years. Our couples never fail to inspire us, I hope they inspire you too!
Shoes
Ohhhh shoes. Lovely, lovely shoes! One of the first thing I do when I go through a wedding that Timm has shot, is scroll through to peek at the shoes. There have been some corkers in the last year.

You just cannot go wrong with a pair of Jimmy Choos for your wedding day, Caroline wore these at their lovely Woodthorpe Hall wedding.
One of my favourite designers are Irregular Choice and we have seen a few pairs of those this year.
These wellies were on hand for a farm wedding we did at Beechenhill Farm, the bride didn’t end up wearing them but they war a great prop to shoot the flowers with.
It’s not all about the bride, these two groom did it in style. Steve joined his wife in matrimony and in Irregular Choice, whilst Jon opted for these awesome red Converse.
The bridesmaids and groomsmen at Mark and Jen‘s wedding looked awesome. The bridesmaid matched their shoes to their underskirts while the groomsmen all wore matching blue Converse.
